Philip Meese, President - Mercury Technologies
Philip Meese is a founding partner and President of Mercury Technologies, Inc., he is responsible for developing working partnerships with Mercury’s clients toward the goal of achieving appropriate and cost effective solutions for technology infrastructure. Mr. Meese sets the standard for professional and technical excellence at the firm, and he maintains oversight for ensuring the consistently high caliber of Mercury’s staff.  Previous to founding Mercury Technologies in 1992, Mr. Meese was a consulting software systems architect and software engineer for a number of Wall Street financial firms including the New York Stock Exchange, Lehman Brothers and the Sanwa Bank.

William Rudowitz, Management Consultant
William Rudowitz is an executive consultant with over 24 years of experience in orchestrating and directing resources to assure strategic outcomes involving integral business processes. He spent the first 14 years of his career working for a system integrator, The Ultimate Corp., in a variety of management roles leading up to his role as VP, Support Operations. He next moved on to his role as VP-Customers Support and Services with Magic Solutions. Mr. Rudowitz has spent the past 8 years in several senior IT positions with the financial community at Alliance Capital and Bear, Stearns, where he was responsible for all corporate messaging and email compliance systems, he is currently engaged with American Express.

Jeffrey Plotkin, Attorney at Law, Partner, Pitney Hardin LLP
Mr. Plotkin served for five years in the SEC's New York Regional Office where he was the Assistant Regional Administrator and chief attorney in the Division of Broker-Dealer Enforcement. For the past fifteen years, Mr. Plotkin has defended individuals and entities nationwide in matters before the SEC, NASD, NYSE, AMEX, New York State Attorney General's Office, various state agencies, and the U.S. Department of Justice.  Mr. Plotkin also regularly handles private securities arbitration before the NASD, NYSE, and AMEX, and civil litigation in the federal and state courts involving the securities and commodities industry.

Chris Tebo, CTO, Fortiva Inc.
Chris Tebo is the Chief Technology Officer and architect of Fortiva's secure, managed email archiving services for compliance, legal discovery and storage management.  Chris has been actively engaged in software product development for the past 15 years, and has been focused on developing highly scalable and secure outsourced solutions.  Chris has written articles and spoken at various conferences, most recently at the Bank Outsourcing Forum/Bank Security Forum on “Secure Outsourcing – What you need to know before sending your data to a third party”.  Prior to co-founding Fortiva,  Chris was the lead architect at FloNetwork, a leading email marketing service provider, servicing over 250 clients of the likes of CNet and Barnes and Noble, and scaling to support a billion transactions per month.
