With our exclusive DoubleBlind Encryption™, you can rest assured that your data is completely secure. In the extremely unlikely event that the Fortiva network is breached by an unauthorized third party and customer data is converted into readable form, Fortiva will refund the license and storage fees to the customer for the 12 months period preceding the breach.
Our grid-storage and distributed search architecture ensures real-time search and retrieval, enabling us to offer this exclusive search performance guarantee. In the event that the Fortiva service fails to return results within 20 seconds 90% of the time, Fortiva will credit the customer a prorated portion of their annual billing amount for each day that the customer experiences slow search performance.
In the event that the customer experiences downtime, Fortiva will credit the customer a prorated portion of their annual billing amount for each day of downtime.
Should an appliance fail during the warranty period, Fortiva will repair or replace the appliance within three business days at no cost to the customer. If Fortiva is unable to repair or replace the appliance, Fortiva will credit the customer a prorated portion of their annual billing amount for each day of delay past the three business days.
